Handmade Classic French pocket knives "Fabriqué en Aveyron"

With its mild climate, beautiful landscapes, prestigious vineyards and rich artisanal traditions, Aveyron - the fifth largest French department - is well worth visiting. The prefecture in Rhone launched a departmental label called "Fabriqué en Aveyron" that it awards to regional brands that sustain their emblematic artisanal traditions and age-old savoir-faire.
